Bee Safe Bee Removal | Bee Hive Removal From Patio Ceiling

Service Details

This job was for a hive established in the ceiling of an outdoor covered patio. The bee traffic was active enough to show a settled colony, so I treated it as a full removal and repair instead of a simple pickup. After checking the ceiling area and confirming the main section of activity, I opened the affected part of the patio cover, removed the hive material from the void, and cleared out the occupied section so the space would not keep attracting bee activity. Once the colony was out, I used insulation during the repair to close the cavity back in properly and help separate that space from the finished ceiling area. I then put the ceiling section back together and closed the access area as part of the repair. When I wrapped up, there were still a few bees working the patio line, which is common right after this kind of job, but the hive itself had been taken out and the ceiling was put back into serviceable condition.
